Large and small corporations want their sponsorship money to reach the "grass roots" level of sport because this is where it connects with real people, however their options are limited to the major sporting organisations. This is because of the high cost of administering individual sponsorship arrangements with the many thousands of "grass roots" sporting clubs in Australia.

Large corporations find it is easier to justify and to manage a relationship with a large sporting corporation. They get a measured return on their investment, it's not brillaint, but it's the best option they have.

Smaller Australian corporations also want their money to reach a selection of sporting clubs however the cost of reaching clubs then implementing, processing and tracking sponsorship arrangements with a large number of sporting clubs is basically impossible to even fathom.

The answer is "organisation" - we need a system (the internet) for the thousands of Australian sporting clubs to organise themself in a way that large and small corporations can deal with them collectively. And so this is what we have created.
